We have just completed and handed over an automatic machine for checking the length of products \u2013 specifically cannulas. This is a\u00a0full automatic machine, which replaces the existing three control machines, which the customer has used so far. The speed of product inspection is 6.5 pieces per second!<\/p>\n
The machine works on the principle of camera control of both ends of the cannula with evaluation of the longitudinal accuracy of each manufactured piece. The cannulas are inserted into the bin by the operator and from this they are removed by a\u00a0rotating revolver and transported for inspection in front of two high-resolution cameras installed in parallel. Since the customer\u2019s\u00a0request was for a\u00a0universal machine for different diameters and lengths of cannulas, one camera is fixed and the other can be fixed to a\u00a0different required position according to type of product.<\/p>\n
From the very beginning, great emphasis was also placed on the easy adjustability of the device to minimize downtime. The result: the rotating revolver change itself and the settings for the new type take only a\u00a0few minutes for a\u00a0trained adjuster. The cannula check is continuous, the cycle does not stop because the cannulas that have been checked and evaluated as OK from the revolver immediately fall into the meander, where in the case of replacing the full box with an empty checked OK, the cannulas temporarily accumulate. Box replacement is also performed fully automatically using a\u00a0FANUC robot.<\/p>\n
It is unbelievably fast and precise! The device has capacity of checking 185,000 cannulas per shift! And as a\u00a0bonus, we gave the customer a\u00a0program to evaluate the quality of the cannula tip. As a\u00a0custom made solution, we designed the device from a\u00a0first concept until the final installation and all of it in 6 months. Excellent cooperation with the customer, everyone worked as a\u00a0team.<\/p>\n

Jedn\u00e1 se o pln\u00fd automat, kter\u00fd nahrazuje st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed t\u0159i kontroln\u00ed automaty, jen\u017e z\u00e1kazn\u00edk do t\u00e9to chv\u00edle vyu\u017e\u00edval. Rychlost kontroly produkt\u016f je 6,5 kus\u016f\/sec !<\/p>\n

Jehly jsou obsluhou zalo\u017eeny do n\u00e1sypky a z t\u00e9to jsou ot\u00e1\u010dej\u00edc\u00edm se revolverem odeb\u00edr\u00e1ny a dopravov\u00e1ny ke kontrole p\u0159ed dv\u011b paraleln\u011b instalovan\u00e9 kamery s vysok\u00fdm rozli\u0161en\u00edm. Jeliko\u017e byl po\u017eadavek z\u00e1kazn\u00edka na univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed automat pro r\u016fzn\u00e9 pr\u016fm\u011bry a d\u00e9lky jehel, jedna kamera je ulo\u017eena fixn\u011b a s druhou je na p\u0159esn\u00e9m veden\u00ed s aretac\u00ed mo\u017eno posunovat dle dan\u00e9ho typu produkt\u016f.<\/p>\n
Rovn\u011b\u017e byl od samotn\u00e9ho po\u010d\u00e1tku kladen velk\u00fd d\u016fraz na jednoduchou p\u0159estavitelnost za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed z d\u016fvodu minimalizace prostoj\u016f. V\u00fdsledek: samotn\u00e1 v\u00fdm\u011bna revolveru a nastaven\u00ed pro nov\u00fd typ pro\u0161kolen\u00e9mu se\u0159izova\u010di zabere jen p\u00e1r minut. Kontrola jehel je kontinu\u00e1ln\u00ed, nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed k zastaven\u00ed cyklu jeliko\u017e jehly, kter\u00e9 byly zkontrolov\u00e1ny a vyhodnoceny jako OK z revolveru padaj\u00ed ihned do meandru, kde se v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b v\u00fdm\u011bny pln\u00e9ho z\u00e1sobn\u00edku za pr\u00e1zdn\u00fd zkontrolovan\u00e9 OK jehly do\u010dasn\u011b kumuluj\u00ed. V\u00fdm\u011bna z\u00e1sobn\u00edk\u016f je rovn\u011b\u017e prov\u00e1d\u011bna pln\u011b automaticky za pomoc\u00ed robota od spole\u010dnosti FANUC.<\/p>\n
Stroj je schopen zkontrolovat 185 000 ks jehel za sm\u011bnu! A jako bonus jsme z\u00e1kazn\u00edkovi v\u011bnovali program na vyhodnocen\u00ed kvality \u0161pi\u010dky jehel. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed se opravdu povedlo! Kompletn\u011b od prvopo\u010d\u00e1tku \u2013 tedy konceptu, kter\u00fd jsme pro z\u00e1kazn\u00edka vytvo\u0159ili a p\u0159edstavili a\u017e po kone\u010dnou instalaci za 6m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.
