Biopsy punch automat<\/h1>\n

Biopsy punch machine is a fully automatic device to produce key components for biopsy. This device produces stainless steel ring-alike blades. The tools are designed for doctors who extract human tissue for biopsy. Due to its very simple construction, the machine allows to change the product diameter immediately. The extremely sharp edge is in shape of “ring” and is further sprayed with plastic to form a handle.<\/p>\n

It can sharpen semi-finished products with a diameter of 2 mm to 15 mm. Since the sharpening is done only mechanically \u2013 by forming (which further compaction of the material structure \u2013 higher strength), the machine must be designed from the beginning to withstand very high forming forces. As already mentioned, it is a fully automatic machine, e.g., the operator must pour semi-finished products of appropriate diameters into the vibrating feeder and the production is automatically done. The basis of the machine consists of a weldment (due to the requirement for rigidity), on which the plate is mounted, where the main parts of the machine such as the feeding device, the system of transport of individual pieces, the forming assembly, and the manipulator. As it is a forming machine, it is a matter of course to fit safety elements.<\/p>\n

By default, all production data is immediately sent to the SQL database server. The FESTO electric shaft with manipulator is used for handling. Siemens control and touch panel for selection and setting. Multi-level access for users with passwords as well as language versions of the panel in Czech, German, English.<\/p>\n

The documentation together with certification and T\u00dcV risk analysis in this case contains more than 300 pages. Electrical documentation created in the ePlan program and delivered as standard in printed and electronic form. And we invented, designed, and constructed all this, further manufactured, assembled, programmed, and revived within 5 months. This machine was delivered to a German customer in two copies.<\/p>\n

Biopsy punch automat je pln\u011b automatick\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro v\u00fdrobu kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch komponent pro n\u00e1slednou biopsii. Automat svou konstrukc\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje pouze velmi jednoduchou p\u0159estavbou okam\u017eitou zm\u011bnu v\u00fdrobn\u00edho sortimentu. Z\u00e1kladem n\u00e1stroj\u016f pro l\u00e9ka\u0159e kte\u0159\u00ed odeb\u00edraj\u00edc\u00ed pacient\u016fm vzorky pro n\u00e1slednou biopsii je velmi, opravdu velmi ostr\u00fd \u201eprst\u00fdnek\u201c, kter\u00fd je d\u00e1le z d\u016fvodu manipulace obst\u0159\u00edknut plastem slou\u017e\u00edc\u00ed jako madlo. A p\u00e1v\u011b pro zhotoven\u00ed ost\u0159\u00ed nerezov\u00fdch prst\u00fdnk\u016f je tento stroj ur\u010den<\/p>\n

Je schopen ost\u0159it polotovary o pr\u016fm\u011bru 2mm a\u017e 15mm. Jeliko\u017e se ost\u0159en\u00ed se prov\u00e1d\u00ed pouze mechanicky - tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm (\u010d\u00edm\u017e doch\u00e1z\u00ed k dal\u0161\u00edmu zhutn\u011bn\u00ed struktury materi\u00e1lu \u2013 vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pevnost), musel b\u00fdt stroj od po\u010d\u00e1tku konstruov\u00e1n tak, aby odolal velmi vysok\u00fdm tv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00edm sil\u00e1m. Jak ji\u017e bylo uvedeno, jedn\u00e1 se o pln\u011b automatick\u00fd stroj, tedy obsluha mus\u00ed pouze do vibra\u010dn\u00edho podava\u010de nasypat polotovary p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch pr\u016fm\u011br\u016f a n\u00e1sledn\u011b vyjmout pln\u00e1 plata. Z\u00e1klad stroje tvo\u0159\u00ed sva\u0159enec (z d\u016fvodu po\u017eadavku na tuhost), na kter\u00fd je upevn\u011bna deska, kde jsou um\u00edst\u011bny hlavn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti stroje jako je pod\u00e1vac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, syt\u00e9m dopravy jednotliv\u00fdch kus\u016f, tv\u00e1\u0159ec\u00ed sestava a manipul\u00e1tor zaji\u0161tuj\u00ed automatick\u00e9 zalo\u017een\u00ed d\u00edk\u016f po tv\u00e1\u0159en\u00ed do zakl\u00e1dac\u00edch plat. Ve\u0161ker\u00e1 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed data jsou standardn\u011b okam\u017eit\u011b zas\u00edl\u00e1na do SQL datab\u00e1ze na z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016fv server. Pro manipulaci slou\u017e\u00ed elektrick\u00e1 osa spole\u010dnosti FESTO s manipul\u00e1torem. \u0158\u00edzen\u00ed Siemens a dotykov\u00fd panel pro volbu a nastaven\u00ed. V\u00edce\u00farov\u0148ov\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup pro u\u017eivatele s hesly je samoz\u0159ejmost\u00ed , rovn\u011b\u017e tak jazykov\u00e9 mutace panelu v \u010cJ, NJ, AJ.<\/p>\n

Dokumentace spolu s certifikac\u00ed a TUV rizikovou anal\u00fdzou v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b obsahuje v\u00edce ne\u017e 300 stran. Elektro dokumentace vytvo\u0159ena v programu ePlan a dod\u00e1na standardn\u011b v ti\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9 i elektronick\u00e9 form\u011b. A toto v\u0161e jsme vymysleli, navrhli a konstruk\u010dn\u011b zpracovali, d\u00e1le vyrobili , smontovali, naprogramovali a o\u017eivili b\u011bhem 5ti m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.
