Realizations

It is a multi-purpose machine for assembling special cannulas according to customer requirements. The concept of the machine is designed for more than 40 types of products of various lengths, diameters, and types.

As an universal semi-automatic machine, it enables automatic insertion of holders into the carousel, welding of cannulas, siliconization of cannulas (siliconization of cannulas is intended primarily for finer and less painful cannula insertion into the patient’s skin during application). Other optional programs can be used to activate the tensile test after welding, camera quality control of the performed activities and their outputs, covering with protective caps and subsequent sorting into boxes for OK and NOK pieces.

Thanks to its versatility, this machine became after validation by the customer a key machine in their production. The cycle of the devices varies from 2.4 – 5.5 sec. according the product type.
